By booking with Black Lion LA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: A deposit is required to secure the date and services for your event. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking agreement. Full payment is due 30 days before the event date. Payment plans may be available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Any additional payments made will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Any changes to the event details, including date, location, or services, must be communicated to Black Lion LA at least 30 days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.
3. Vendor Coordination: Black Lion LA will coordinate with all vendors involved in the event. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred from third-party vendors. Black Lion LA is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any potential liabilities.
4. Force Majeure: Black Lion LA is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
5. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their event requirements. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property: All designs, concepts, and materials created by Black Lion LA remain the property of Black Lion LA and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Liability: Black Lion LA is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any potential liabilities.
8. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for significant changes to the event details, including date, location, or services.
9. Privacy: All personal information provided to Black Lion LA will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of planning and executing your event.
10. Acceptance of Terms: By booking with Black Lion LA, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles, California.
